The owners of Casa Monte have eradicated such problems by equipping the house with TWO large hot water services and a large cistern of water that is pumped evenly to each floor.)


• State of the art kitchen including gas rangetop, a large oven, a dishwasher, a food fridge, a wine fridge and a variety of kitchen appliances. Plus all the crockery and cookware a world class chef would want.


• A Bose Soundock for iPods and iPhones


• A large widescreen Smart TV with SKY TV (Entertainment, News and Movie channels in English and original) and a multi region DVD player with a small arthouse/ Italian themed DVD library of discs and some family themed movies.

And for art lovers, Panicale’s pride is Pietro Vannucci, known as Il Perugino (1446 - 1524). He is probably best known for being Raphael’s teacher. His Martyrdom of San Sebastiano, which was recently restored, is located in the San Sebastiano church. San Sebastiano is a small, romantic and extremely beautiful church just outside the walls.
